RepearExplorer: discover repeats in your next generation sequencing data

RepeatExplorer includes utilities for Graph-based clustering and characterization of repetitive sequences in next-generation sequencing data and tools for the detection of transposable element protein coding domains.

Dear users, the current Galaxy interface is out of date, and the software configuration is behind the point of reparation. That's why we decided to create a new version from scratch using the latest Galaxy interface accompanied by a new scheduling server with better computational resources. Currently, the new platform is accessible at URL https://repeatexplorer-elixir.cerit-sc.cz/galaxy/ via your valid accounts. The old platform will be accessible at https://galaxyelixir.vm.cesnet.cz/galaxy/ for 6 more months, so you have access to your data. You can use the old platform as you used to, including submitting new jobs, until June 9 (including). After this period, consider the old platform to be a read-only system til the end of its existence (30.11.2024). Your RepeatExplorer admin team
